I’m a beautiful, confident woman, and my husband has always been obsessed with my looks. He adored me, always saying what a wonderful wife I was.

When he finished, he carefully placed the paper in the middle of the bed. Next to it — several other documents, neatly stacked.
Then he stood up, opened the wardrobe door… and I saw something I didn’t want to believe at first.

And then the realization hit me: He was packing to leave. While I was on vacation. Secretly. With no explanations. No conversation.
